How much does the STORE Plan subscription cost?

What does the STORE Plan include?

With STORE plan you can have your own e-commerce, cart, product and orders management in your the portfolio website you currently have with Drawfolio, and receive payments via paypal. You are still in charge of creating your products (mugs, t-shirts, prints, original work) and shipping it to your customers.

Can I subscribe STORE plan without being in PRO plan?

No. You must be in PRO Plan in order to subscribe to STORE plan.

When can I cancel STORE plan?

Any minute you want. When you subscribe, your pay at least for a month. After that, you can subscribe or unsubscribe to STORE anytime you want. This way you can have an online store in your website just the months you need to have one.

Can I try the STORE plan before subscribing to it?

How can I receive payments via Paypal?

Just go to "Store and Products" and fill in your Paypal Merchant Identifier in "Configure store settings"

To receive payments via Paypal, you need to create a Paypal Merchant Account and then get your Paypal Merchant Identifier. You can get your Identifier afer logging to Paypal, heading to 'Profile -> Account Settings'. As you will see, it's just a series of letters and numbers, something like MX4P1G8LRQY37.

Also, If you want your customers to have a better experience, you can enable 'Automatic Return' inside 'Website preferences'. This way, paypal will redirect your customers to your website automatically after making your payment. The Return URL you must set is http://www.your-domain.com/store/confirm

How do I set Delivery Prices for my store?

In "Store & Products" -> "Configure Store Delivery Prices", you can set delivery prices for any country zone you need. When completing an order, we will apply the one most convenient to your customers.

If we can't find a delivery price for your customer country, we will apply the delivery price set for 'All countries' by default, so we recommend you to have set a delivery price like that. This way, your store can always have a default delivery price for your customers.

What is Stock control and how do I use it?

In the "Stock" button of each of your products, you can record stock level adjustments. This way you can have control of why and when did you add or remove stock of your product. Everytime you sell somthing online, stock will web automatically adjusted too.

Stock Level Adjustments can also be negative, to remove stock. If you record a new adjustment with -10, 10 units will be removed from stock. This way, if you sell something offline you can always keep track of it and adjust your online store accordingly.

What is SKU or Reference Code?

Every product must have a unique Reference Code (i.e: PRINT001). If you don't know which to use, don't worry: we will automatically generate a code from the product's name.

How do I manage my Orders?

You can go to "Orders" in your left side menu, and see all your orders. There you can find the shipping data, their status, and send an automatic email to your customers when your order is ready to ship.

Which currencies can I use in my Store?

You can use Euros our USD Dollars. You can set the currency of your store in "Store & Products" -> "Configure store settings"
